Many Saskatchewan Learning documents are available in PDF (Portable Document Format). PDF is a universal file format that presents documents in an electronic format identical to the printed version. PDF documents can be useful for printing whole documents or portions of documents in which formatting is important. The program which reads these documents can be obtained for free from Adobe Acrobat Reader. All PDF files on this page can only be viewed using Acrobat Reader 3.0 and above. Acrobat Reader offers PDF viewing from within the Netscape browser (Plug-in Technology) or within the Internet Explorer browser (ActiveX Control Technology). To download the most recent version of the Acrobat Reader, click here . You will have to select the version of the Acrobat Reader, your platform, nearest FTP site and the language of the reader. After installing Acrobat Reader, double-click a PDF file to automatically start Acrobat Reader and view the file.
